"We chose this hotel over others because it seemed to be in a good location and advertised that it had an outdoor pool. However, on arrival we discovered that it doesn't have a pool - they just kept referring to a 'natural swimming area' i.e. the sea. It's also quite a run down and generally depressing place. We ended up cancelling 2 of our 3 nights and moving to another hotel first thing in the morning. I can't say much about the location as we didn't stay long enough to explore it."

"I would highly recommend Sergeant House. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and good air conditioning. Lots of welcome extras included such as insect repellent, cookies, robes, sunhat and beach towels. The hotel is in a great location but set back from the road so lovely and peaceful. The manager was really helpful in arranging tours and airport transfers"

I visited during the off season and had the entire place and pool to myself. the AC in the room and hot water pressure in the bathroom was a great surprise.pool was great and clean and we'll maintained. you can take a pickme to go around the town and get to the beach . would visit again"

The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm, hospitable and genuinely kind, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. Some of the kindest and most welcoming staff I’ve ever come across at a hotel. Our rooms were great and incredibly spacious, and the food was amazing too.
