"We were pleased with everything about this property. The beds and linens were comfortable and it was extremely quiet. Too frequently doors are loud and these were not. It was easy to sleep and relax! Continental breakfast was reasonable and the breakfast staff was very friendly and did a great job. A few minutes from downtown for shopping and dining. We have already booked another stay when we return to the area in a couple of months!"

"For many years, I stay here at least once a year on my way to or from Deadwood. I love the owners as they run a good business. The coffee shop out front has good coffee or tea, and food! It’s right by the river and you just can’t beat the small town feel of Hot Springs. If your lucky you’ll see trotting deer and turkeys nearby "

"They were very nice to let us check in early so we could change and go to Evans plunge. Beds were very comfortable room was nice. But the breakfast needs some work they had no meat hard bread even before you toast it it was just not really good. Go out for breakfast "
