"We had booked this specific property because the Expedia listing said that the minimum check-in age was 18. Our daughter and a friend came to Sioux Falls for a concert. 6 hours from home and they are told at check-in that the minimum age is 21. Luckily I had a co worker in town that was able to run over and help them, otherwise I don’t know what we would have done."

"There was a bird inside the water park and bird poop inside the kids jungle area. Also the waterpark staff is just rude. "

We were woken up at around 5 AM to loud noises somehow coming from like all sides of us.. when we went to breakfast, we heard other guests also discusssing how they had been woken up.. Was generally an okay place to stay for a night, but expect it to be a lot dirtier than the photos."
