"We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. "Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families. Can’t wait to go back again soon! "We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. It was a short walk...

"It is an old hotel so dont expect much - what I like best about the hotel is the vibes- very laidback. This time, there was no key, no towel, and the bathroom ceiling was leaking from condensation. They addressed the issues quickly and every time i returned to room they promptly opened it for me. I will stay there again as I like the staff, super friendly and professional. Its across from the rak mall, good for visitors without a car."
