"This is not a 5 star hotel, staff barely speaks English, I was told just to “google it” when asking about things, the breakfast is mediocre, spa pool is poor, needs outdoor pool, the saunas were fairly good but some of them not functioning, the facility looks nice but is inconvenient, long walk to the lobby and dining, the gym was nice but far away and difficult to find, there was a nice bar with pool a d bowling which the kids liked. Overall, not a five star hotel, obviously wants to be with large buildings, good location on the lake with great views but lack better service and better trained staff"

"Overall a decent hotel stay . We had a great evening meal with good service and good breakfast. All was good until we checked out ! Again slow service at reception. There were 2 of us on 2 motorbikes and we had parked out of the way of car parking spaces to allow those with cars to use them … we had managed to park in an area where no car could park . I had requested a space when booking our stay and the literature accompanying the hotel detailed that parking was free if a prior request was made . So given that we didn’t take up a car parking space and I requested a space ….. the male receptionist insisted we paid to park despite my objections. He successfully managed to ensure we left with a bad experience from this hotel by this ridiculous action of insisting we paid to park ….. some training in customer service and decision making required. Would not recommend this hotel as a result "

"This property was very quiet. The room was large and clean and the bathroom was spotless. It was easy to park. If you are visiting the nearby parkrun it is literally opposite that."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Zamek Ryn - it is a huge castle and an impressive place to stay. There are two spa areas/pools - both were great."

"We had a great two night stay at Hotel St. Bruno. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were good and the staff friendly - particularly the younger guy who I think was the manager."
