"Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der See. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz verfügbar. Bitte Markttag beachten. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so. "On arrival, after a long journey, my wife and I needed lunch and something to drink. We were sent nearly 1km along a dangerous road without a pavement to a closed restaurant. When I asked for help to get lunch I was told that by an exceptionally rude receptionist “I am not your slave”, and “your lunch is not my problem”. "Hotel muito bem localizado, na entrada do centro histórico de Sirmione, com estacionamento no local (ainda fora da zona ZTL, o que facilita muito para quem está de carro). Atendimento de alta qualidade, as 2 recepcionistas que nos atenderam foram extremamente atenciosas, nos deram boas dicas sobre o lago de garda e ficaram a disposição para o que precisássemos. Quarto muito confortável, tudo novo, moderno e automatizado."

"First room we checked into had an additional bed which was shaking and wobbling . We had to move to another room due to this . The bathroom tap in the new room wasn’t working and showering was not possible because of this . Basic amenities are not present . Staff was very friendly and helped but the property needs to upgrade many things . It was not worth the price . "
