"This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever been to 1. We were not able to get in to the hotel !!!! One day we came back to the hotel at 13:30 in the afternoon, THE FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED and no one was at the front desk. Basically that morning, my friends and I had a sports competition near the hotel, we therefore came back for shower before heading out again. But then, the door was locked and WE COULDN’T GET IN !!! We have arrived at late hours (notified to hotel in advance) and it was very scary to go wrong wood road. * Different room type The reservation said, 3 beds plus loft with 2 futon. My kids were looking forward to sleep in the loft bed. But the room provided was without loft. "

"Hotel was very clean, 7 minute walk from Karuizawa train station and only 10 minute walk from the Prince outlet mall! Hotel also has a good modest breakfast selection too. A convenience store is also 1 min from the hotel entrance even though it closed at 11pm. Room was spacious and have everything we needed, thank you for the great stay!"
