"Filthy hotel, with staff who smoke in every room. Unfriendly and useless staff — they lost paperwork and overcharged me. An absolute disgrace to the historic building. Should be shut down!"

"Very handy for airport, great food."

"Bit tired but staff were brilliant"

"Super easy to get in and out. Convenient location. Managers are helpful and always around to answer questions."

"A warm and welcoming stay in the heart of Ely in a lovely pub. The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, felt like a bijou apartment, and the bed very cosy indeed with sumptuous bedding. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"Friendly staff and great breakfast. Good value"
