"The check in was done on an iPad but it did not recognize my name. I tried it over ten times, with other possibilities, like last name, first name, middle name, different dates of stay, but nothing worked. I had to reach out by email and waited for someone to respond with help. I did not like the 4 parking spaces available. They were all occupied sometimes, so it made it difficult to park. I had a Ferrari, so I didn’t want to park it on the street. Yes, the place was very nice, but would I book...

"The manager did not respond to multiple attempts to reach him regarding the dryer not working. It’s important to understand that this is not a true hotel room or property, but extended stay apartments where long-term tenants reside in the same buildings as rooms that are rented for shorter stays. This caused an issue because our kids disturbed a downstairs neighbor while they were simply playing. There was no information left on how to dispose of trash, so we drove around with trash bags until...

"Bottom line, would I stay here again? Yes, now that I've been through the check in process but that was an absolute headache the first time around. Also, apartment complex isn't very well kept up on the outside. Walkways were very dirty and the area was a bit run down. The inside of the apartment was pretty clean though and I had no issues with anything inside and it was a comfortable stay. The issue with check in is A LOT of miscommunication. First off, the address repeatedly given to me in...

"We stayed at Landing for 4 nights. It was our 1st time booking an apt. instead of a hotel room. We wanted more space for our 60-lb dog. The apt was clean, neat & cozy. The area was quiet. Customer service was great. I would recommend Landing for the reasons above. We drove from NY to NC (12-hr drive). On Sunday morning (day #2), we found a boot on our car & had to pay two hundred to get it removed. A few cars had boots on them as well. I believe the area is owned by Landing. I don't think the...

"The pictures are not accurate. The place is run down. All the electrical in the apartment unit was messed up. Lights flickering, dimming, or completely shutting off. The microwave was glitching. The handles for the showers were both falling off, we had to fix one ourselves. The water pressure to the showers wasn’t great because of how barely hanging on the faucet valve was. Cheap shower heads. No remote to the tv in one bedroom. The exterior to the complex could use some definite work. The pool...
