"A really nice lady runs this property. It's just a few mins from the coast road and includes parking. There are bars and shops within walking distance snd easy to get to by road as we did.
It's clean and comfortable..we had the corner room upstairs and you can see the sea from the balcony."
"Always stay here when attending spark arena as in good walking distance. But when returned from concert all the doors to get to the lift were locked so had to find stairs to be able to get back to our room! Should have a key swipe to get back in for the elevator. Not good if you struggle with stairs.
You also now have to pay a safety deposit which in all my years staying here have never had to do in the past so another thing to look out for"
"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Very clean & comfortable room. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. It’s our first time to NZ, & glad chose this hotel. Convenient location, free parking daily, bed was comfortable, they provided complimentary tea/coffee/chocolate packets, & best part was the they cleaned the room well everyday. Will definitely visit the hotel again. "
