"I chose this hotel mainly for the price, and I am pleasantly surprised to find out that it's a very comfortable stay. The room is exactly what I needed and has a number of amenities I wasn't expecting - tub with jacuzzi jets, a very nice desk and desk chair. However, the breakfast buffet is really exceptional for the price - much better than the usual offerings of packaged oatmeal and store-bought pastries. Everything on the hot food buffet was made in house, with a variety of items that seem to be local specialties - fried bologna, three kinds of sausages, baked oatmeal - as well as pancakes, french toast, hash browns, and the more usual fare. Well worth the price and interesting for an out-of-towner like myself. I will definitely make the Village Inn a stop-over on my trips between Vermont and North Carolina."

"Only thing is people need to respect the reserved space for those that are disabled. We had two people park in that spot and they were not staying with us in the unit. Yes, there are other spaces but having that spot for husband does make a difference. "
