"Such an amazing place! They thought of everything! Bed was super comfortable, bathroom and everything was really excellent. Breakfast in the morning was also superb. No complaints, totally happy! "

"The rooms were very clean with plenty of space for my husband and I. The breakfast was AMAZING! The only thing I will say is the check in, check out process was a little confusing because we didn’t realize we had to go into the restaurant. But when we figured it out, everything was great. If you like old Florida and your stay to be a part of your experience, I recommend! "

"Great location and access to the beach. The pool was always quiet since it’s adults only. The rooms were spacious and had great AC. The breakfast in the morning was made fresh and tasted great and the staff were very welcoming!"

"Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Victorian House! The room and bathroom as well as the sitting area in our bedroom were pristine, bright and tastefully decorated. The staff was very courteous , helpful and went out of their way to make our trip super pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and very elegantly presented. The homemade cookies that were available throughout the day were absolutely decadent! It was fun to meet and chat with other guests while nibbling on simple but delicious appetizers...
