"Very good location. Convenient. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to Kenya national museum. I would go there again, especially if I planing stay overnight before I go to Masai Mara. "

"The hotel is good and clean but the mattress is very old."

"It was the perfect stay. The bathroom and kitchen could use an update."

"Busy area but hotel has amazing helpful staff."

"I reserved with breakfast, they refused that and said no breakfast via Expedia!?"

"Clean and good service"

"I really like this stay there was definitely A1, I do wish they had other provisions and I would have stayed such as a microwave oven a mini refrigerator. A very good hotel I really did like it. However sleeping was difficult at night because of outside noise."

"Danke schön für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft jederzeit wieder gerne ☺️"

"The place was in bad shape, bad windows, doors not lock properly and very difficult to separate the commercial stores from the hotel. The place where the hotel is situated is not safe as in security wise. "

"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple issues that made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable hygiene issues that made me uncomfortable. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. Customer service...

"Good points: - Bed was nice and comfy - Room service every day with bottle of water Bad points - I was placed on the top floor, without any access to an elevator - I was extorted by the police outside the hotel, the hotel would/could not provide CCTV despite having cameras - Room was poorly furnished. Desk was old and tattered, there was no toilet seat - Shower had no hot water for the first 4 days"
