"The air conditioning the first night was not working correctly. It was late and I did not alert anyone and slept. The 2nd night I notified the desk when I arrived to sleep. The immediately sent up a technician who corrected the problem"

"Staff was kind and courteous. I had a few complaints about the A/C monitor and it being set by the hotel instead of being able to control myself in the room. Never got the temperature to preferred temperature but staff did reach out multiple times to address and try to resolve any issues. That I can appreciate. Elevators seemed to not be working properly so hopefully that gets addressed. Rooms were clean and had great views. Staff was great. Would recommend. "

"We really enjoyed the hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds! Highly recommend it if you’re going to the stockyards, the shuttle runs between certain times so it worked for us!! We will be back!"
