"We stayed two nights in July. The rate was pretty good compared to other places and the room was basic but clean. The hotel is changing owners later this year, and I think that led to less attention by the departing owners. Front desk service was uneven--some workers were attentive, others ignoring guests or not there at all. The breakfast was not so good--eggs were cold, waffle maker not working, coffee downright bad. "Not clean. Used fake eyelashes on bed. Fake nails on bathroom floor. Couches and chairs were horribly stained and crusty white spots. Obvious water damage on the bathroom cabinet. The ac vent in the bedroom for room 626 rattled with so much noise we were moved to another room. The TV guild in the bedroom didn't work and the bedroom phone was dead (no dial tone). The next room 608 was just as bad, every time the ac came on, the noise was so loud it woke me up. It was an awful night but I stayed...

"It is a well-maintained, clean, pleasant hotel. I love that it has a shuttle service to and from the airport. That was a big draw. We had a 6 AM flight and the service started at 4 AM. One thing they don’t tell you if you are a choice member until afterwards, they waive the fee for the shuttle. At least one of the ways we only used it once. We had used a different hotel coming into Syracuse and had to use an Uber, which seemed to be very expensive for the short amount of time we needed it. The...
