"At first glance we were impressed. We checked in around 3:30 on Thursday, and when we got to the room we found it to be relatively clean and nice. We went to dinner and when we got back to the hotel, our key wouldn’t work. We went for a walk that night, our key let us back into the building downstairs but by the time we got to our room, it was deactivated again. We were told not to leave our room again for the night or we’d have to have the front desk let us back in because he couldn’t fix it or get ahold of his manager. We went to breakfast Friday morning and again our cards were deactivated when we got back. We got new keys again and were told the problem was fixed. We went and did our activities for the day and when we got back, our keys were deactivated once again. They informed us that we must be doing something to cause them to deactivate. We have stayed at many hotels and have NEVER had this issue before. By the time we got back into our room, it had been infested with ants. When we spoke to the front desk, they offered to spray our room with chemicals, where our 2 and 1 year old have to run/crawl around. When we spoke with them about changing rooms/checking out options, they got very snippy and rude. Also the elevator was extremely slow, so much so that I thought I had got stuck in it the first time I rode it. And upon deeper inspection we found trash from previous guests and dead bugs around the a/c unit. "
