"Lovely place to stay in a central position to the village. Very old with loads of character. Staff were very friendly and the food was really great. Our room was cosy, simply decorated and comfortable. Lacked a dressing table or somewhere to sit with a mirror and plug for hair drying/styling but we managed. Situated set back off the main street, next to a small Roman Catholic church for which the bells chime at 8am in Sundays but wasn’t intrusive. Lovely choice of breakfasts on the menu too."

"We stayed in the balcony room with the bath in the room (room 18). Sea view was gorgeous, the room was spacious (despite being in the attic!) and immaculately clean. Check in was easy and we enjoyed drinks in the bar. We did not eat at the hotel but the breakfast hamper was a nice touch, as was the fridge in the room with fresh milk and some treats. Perfect location to walk to the beach and to Rocky Bottoms for dinner/seafood. We were not bothered at all by noise from the bar as other reviews have mentioned - even on a Friday night it was all quiet by 10:30. We will be back!"

"What a Fantastic place to stay! Every detail thought of and the room was amazing. Clean, quiet and quality furnishings all round so when you add in the gorgeous breakfast, location and beautiful gardens plus the friendly service from the Holly's team it's no wonder it is my favourite B&B that I have stayed in.
