"This was the most comfortable and best four-star hotel we stayed at during our entire trip, with outstanding value for money. The rooms are very spacious, with both the bedroom and bathroom offering plenty of space. While the décor is not overly luxurious, the room is well equipped with everything you need. Although the hotel does not provide bottled water, each floor is equipped with a water dispenser offering cold, warm, and hot water at any time, which is very convenient. The staff provide attentive and thoughtful service. At check-in, guests are warmly welcomed with a complimentary plate of fresh fruit, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is very reasonably priced, especially considering that breakfast is included. The breakfast selection is varied, and the dining area is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent—centrally located with many good restaurants nearby. Major attractions and the train station are within walking distance, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, we felt very fortunate to have stayed at this hotel, and would highly recommend it."

"I stayed overnight with my wife and son. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Taiwan. The room itself was adequate - clean, well equipped and comfortable. However, it is the public spaces and amenities which really shine in this hostel/hotel hybrid. The location is also very central to the Western District of Tainan. Overall, it was a great experience. "Spacious room that is clean and modern. Toilet still maintains the old school granite top, but nonetheless clean. Offered 2 pcs of bread/pastry every evening for guests, while stock last. A nice gesture by hotel. Great that it located across Tainan train station, jus a few mins by foot."
