"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

I called the listed phone number multiple times over several days, but no one answered. Eventually, someone picked up – a man claiming to be the cleaner – who proceeded to yell at me for calling what he claimed was an “emergency number.” He told me to use an email address that I was supposedly sent. When I explained that I had never received such an email, he refused to provide...

"The staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming and spoke very good English. The hotel is in a quiet, relaxed area of Tokyo, and only one stop away from Ikebukuro station."

"とにかく外観がボロボロで気味が悪い。廊下も電気がついていないので、自分の部屋の番号がうまく見えない（廊下の電気のスイッチは自分で見つけてつけた）。あと、wifiが古くてセキュリティーが心配。そして、全然繋がらない。さらに、アメニティーに歯ブラシが無い（これはゲストハウスでは普通なのか？）。本当に必要最低限のみを求める人には最適。値段はまあまあ安いが、個人的には値段未満の価値しか感じなかった。"

"建物は古いですが、清潔感があり、快適でした。奥行きのある作りになっていて、意外に広かったです。歴史的建造物で忍者屋敷のようで、子供が喜んでいました。外国人に好まれる雰囲気。1Fのカフェ兼団欒室も自由に使わせてもらえるので、滞在者が少ないときは家一軒借りれたようなお得な気分になれます。多摩川周辺のアクセスも良い。ここは無料駐車場がないので、コインパーキングの駐車場代を気にしなければいけない点がマイナスですが、それを補う利点が多いと思います。マスターも好感の持てる優しい感じの方でした。"

"建物自体は古いですが、気兼ねなくゆっくりできます。 コンビニなどが近くにないので食料は自分で準備しておきましょう。 アルコールを含む飲料、カップ麺などは、当宿舎で販売されています。レトルト食品やパックライスの販売もあればと思います。(もし、あるのもかかわらず見落としてたらごめんなさい。) オーナーが海外体験豊富で興味深い話を聞かせてもらいました。"

"Easy to find this place.i can heard noise when the train pass. No shampoo or soap. No prepareation- there are not enough room key and staff did not check information of guest before guest check in. It is quite spent time for waiting staff to find a key. Staff want to collect my money for stay when i check in but i paid it though agency before go there."
