Posizione eccellente, collegato direttamente con la città con un comodo ascensore. Davvero una coccola la colazione servita in una bellissima sala con vista sulla città da personale davvero gentile. Ottima scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, immancabile la treccia svizzera e la possibilità di scegliere tra molti piatti preparati al momento."

"The room was amazing. Large, beautiful, comfortable, clean. Great location. Not the best price. Staff doesn’t respond to emails but are very friendly and helpful otherwise."

"Uniquely quirky with Cowboy bar theme. Staff very nice, obliging to every request. Excellent food, buffet breakfast and Texmex dinner. Located next to busy main road roundabout with 24 hour noisy traffic, which you have to get used to over your stay. Reception staff need to inform guests of requirement to be quiet after 22.00, which is a Swiss regulation."

"Cleanliness maintained with daily room service. Good service. Property itself needs to be updated. There was no air conditioning. We were there in the peak heat of summer and it did cool somewhat and just enough to be able to sleep without covers."

"We cannot recommend this place more! An amazing stay! The staff was incredibly kind and the amenities were amazing as well! Prior to arriving they offered a free bus pass to get around town and that was one of the best features yet! It helped us getting around with ease, especially to and from the train station. "I loved being in the heart of town....it was convenient and you could walk everywhere. I loved the Jr Suite I had - they had a beautiful soaking tub. Loved it"

"It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."
