"This is so close to the train station. The staff was very kind and quick to respond to questions. "

"The hotel is fantastic, close to the metro for getting around. However they have a passive cooling system that doesn’t work that well during a heatwave. We happen to visit during the heat wave and it wasn’t the most comfortable. That seems to be the case with most places in Switzerland. Thank God the staff gave us a fan otherwise we wouldn’t have slept at all."
