"This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The housekeeping staff were extremely kind and attentive, and the front desk and security staff were also very friendly and professional. I truly appreciated their warm and welcoming attitude throughout my stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was also excellent, with a great variety and delicious options. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Clean rooms and good service"

"Room was good, especially the fact it had working a/c and was spacious. Staff were friendly and clean water was available downstairs to fillup when required, with the restaurant, good location within walking distance to kandy city center, and being on the main road so you could hail tuk-tuks if needed, everything you needed was there. Would stay here again if in Kandy, does not have the Radisson level of opulence but for value for money this is the best place i have stayed at, for a Westerner here to experience culture as opposed to live it up this is perfect"

"I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Queen’s Hotel, Kandy Bake House, and the beautiful Kandy Lake. The room was spacious with an exceptionally large and comfortable bed and a lovely view. Most importantly, Dilrukshi was outstanding-kind, compassionate, and truly made my stay memorable. The staff were very helpful as well. Great value for the price. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
