"The hostel is located very close to U bahn. It was easy to reach the city center and all touristic destinations. Towels and bed sheets however smells very bad and replacements were pretty much the same. Last day the boiler providing hot water for showers and central heating was not working. The contact number provided was unreachable I dont recommed this place to stay for long accommodations"

"The big thing was figuring out how to get to the room. I felt that the instructions and details on how to get to the room were inadequate. I was completely stressed out trying to find it. My son and I were dragging our luggage around two blocks looking for how to get in. When I called I got an answering service from some other country. She had no clear way of helping me.
