"The rooms were immaculate and the daily room cleaning was outstanding. The buffet options were great - healthy and lots of options. The pool area was beautiful and such a lovely resort vibe. The onsite restaurants were convenient. My only feedback would be to have more staff at the pool bar as service took a very long time. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back if we come back to Townsville. "

"Madison plaza is in the city hub so it is convenient to all forms of transport. The staff go above and beyond to help with any enquiries you have. The only down side is no microwave. However alot of restraunts within walking distance from Madison plaza."
