"Clean rooms good service"

"It’s an incredible option for a multi-day stay in downtown if you’re looking for privacy, convenience, and truly stunning views. One of my favorite perks was access to the Tower Club — being able to enjoy lunch there and work with even more panoramic views made the experience feel elevated and productive. The location inside the Santander building is very central, which made getting around easy. I will say check-in can be a bit of a doozy, so definitely complete the pre-check process before arriving. Outside of that initial hiccup, the stay was seamless. If you prefer a more private experience without the traditional front desk interaction, this is a fantastic choice."

"Nice staff, clean place, cucumber water up front I think that was super nice. I also had a Christian conference there, And they did a great job on the breakfast and taking care of us there too. Nice people and good amenities "

"Clean room, friendly staff, clean lobby and safe/clean parking lot. Also, great management customer service with the young male evening manager on duty Sunday Feb.22....he adjusted my room rate accordingly before my check-out early the next morning to compensate for the inconvenience due to the unfortunate incident of some guest(s) on my floor 5 that decided it was a good idea to smoke pot inside their room one night (Sat. Feb.21) enough to set off the fire alarm and bring the fire department & police out. I truly appreciate this evening manager's kind, courteous customer service to make sure I was treated with kindness and consideration. I am happy to return on future trips!"
