"We had such a wonderful anniversary weekend at ParcBlu! It was clean, quiet, cozy, and the full coffee bar was such an unexpected treat. We also loved how close it was to downtown Fredericksburg. We would absolutely stay here again and would love to try one of their larger spaces next time!"

Upon arrival, toilet would not flush. Owners answered phone call right away and "fixed" the issue, but only to the point of being able to flush about once every hour. That was rough for a weekend with a single RR. The cabin looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Very very dusty. Mold on...

"I would not recommend staying here. Property itself has nice exterior appearance but once you get in you see the truth. I bet this place was a lot nicer when it first started being rented out. Sofa had very questionable stains, a check in book had some very vulgar things written in it, bed sheets on both beds had not been changed for some time, lots of hair, fuzz, and even dead bugs between the sheets. "It was a pretty cabin, but look like it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a while. All the dishes and silverware were not clean very well along with the glasses. The bed was very comfortable and the screened in porch could’ve had a little more cleaning done, and the chairs cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed it."
