"Breakfast was fabulous and property clean. No AC could be a problem but left window open and were fine. Our room was very small."

"Great room with a view of the water and mountains. Breakfast buffett is amazing and has everything. Hotel is at Interlaken West train station and comes with free train/bus pass for use within town. TV was modern enough I could stream from my phone. Hotel workers were friendly and informative. I got hot water for my noodles. No cooking items or fridge are in rooms. Just coffee machine."

"Compact, but lots of charm! Great shower, separate toilet, with sink in the bedroom area. Also desk and seating area. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - slept brilliantly well. Key on app or phone, but you can also get a key card if you prefer. "

"We loved staying in this cute hotel. Wengen is such a pretty town and Hotel Falken is a gem to add to the area. The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast tasted amazing. We will come back soon! Our favorite part of the hotel was Charlie. We love you Charlie <3"

"Great hotel! Just a 2 minute walk from the train stop. The views were amazing, and the spa was a great added feature that my wife and I took avantage of. It is conveniently located and close to everything you would want to getvto up here."
