"Room seemed damp with the humid weather. Very nice and quiet place to stay."

"The staff was very welcoming and available. We enjoyed a drink at the bar later in the evening. The bartender ensured we were happy with our drinks! The breakfast room was a long way from our room and there was a problem with the decaf coffee - a minor inconvenience. The pool was even further away but, we ended up with no extra time to swim anyway. Our rooms were comfortable and clean."

"There was poop behind the toilet and what it seemed to look like vomit behind the tv dresser. Not sure what it was exactly but assuming its pet friendly I would like to think it was cat or dog poop"

"The resort itself was ok. The weather was off and on with rain. The afternoon that we checked in was beautiful, so we were terribly disappointed to find the outdoor water park closed. The next day, they were open, but the weather was cool and it rained off and on. Just not a great experience. We had a suite next to us with children that were screamers. Our room was clean, but the armoire was old and rattled when we walked around. The shower was noisy. Overall, they simply need to update and fix...
