"Above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot something in the fridge, called to ask if I could return later that afternoon to get it, and not only did they hold it for me, but they also put it in the kitchen fridge so it stayed cool! This increased my perception of the hotel because the room I was staying in was not very clean. The bathroom contained many different kinds of hairs that were not mine and there were a few little spots that appeared to look like blood on part of the...

"Worst stat I’ve had in years. The bathroom is literally falling apart. When we arrived the toilet seat was off the toilet and placed on the toilet tank. The room had no remote for the tv and the staff said they had none to give out so no tv for the kids! The staff said many rooms were missing remotes and did nothing to remedy this. Very odd situation and response. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was falling off the wall and overall this place was so overpriced for the pack of basics. Loud...

"The staff was awesome, even while they had limited options to help! They were always friendly and tried to be accomodating. It was sad that they had to apologize for things the ownership and corporate was not addressing. They said the hotel was scheduled for remodel 3 years ago but was not started yet. I booked through Expedia which rated this hotel higher, but it was VERY misleading! This is a low rate hotel. Ownership and corporate are not doing their part! It needs repairs, totally new...

"This is a big hotel - and it was loud at night. The people above us stomped around until well after midnight. There were no plates or utensils in the room, but there were appliances. The TV remote did not work well, and the hair dryer didn’t work at all. At least the front desk had a new hair dryer for us, once we walked down to get it. There were some seedy looking folks wandering around the parking lot, so I would not have felt safe if I wasn’t with a group. Nice that they have breakfast...
