"We had a uhaul with a car in tow & there was nowhere to park except the fire lane. The clerk said "park at your own risk." When we finally got to our room the toilet was full of poop & clogged completely. It was 12am by now & they said we could switch rooms or someone would come look at the toilet. "Door was not secure, it locked but was not a tight seal BY FAR, which let in ALL the noise from outside. Different room would have been better. Fridge was not plugged in and a bug crawled out when I opened the door, which I promptly killed. No other bugs were seen. In room coffee was ok, bed was comfortable and AC was good. "

"The tub was filthy and didn’t shower there! The bathroom had no toilet paper, had to go to office to get some. The floors had not been cleaned. Seen 3 roaches while I was there. Never again will I stay there! "
