"We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We...

"Très propre et bien aménagé pour 6 personnes sans problème. Lits confortables, air climatisé très efficace, assez calme. Cuisine entièrement équipée, café, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle et autres savons fourni. Les photos reflète très bien la réalité. L’arrivée et le départ s’est fait facilement. Seul bémol, j’aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver que l’appartement était au 3 ieme étage, l’information de départ était pas clair."

"The room smelled of weed. It was not clean they make it seem like they’re a hotel but it’s apartments in the hood of Nashville. All the towels were nasty with stains. The shower head was full of mold. There was food left in the fridge from the previous person. They take a security deposit which is ridiculous. You call and have to go through a AI helper."

"While the location of this apartment was good, and the setup was really nice for two couples to have their own areas to stay, we were less than thrilled with our stay at this apartment in the Gulch. One elevator was broken, which was an inconvenience, and the cleanliness and amenities fell short of expectations. When we arrived, there was food left on the floor in the unit, which made us question how thoroughly the apartment had been cleaned before check-in. Additional bath towels would have...

"This place was very nice and very close to broadway like literally no more than a 10min drive The check in part was complicated I had to call to get my keys to the unit because the instructions were never sent The lady walked me through the steps and I appreciate that but she told me to pay for parking and I told her I thought parking was included she stated no and I need to pay but once I arrived to the unit I saw a parking pass for my vehicle I was so angry because I already paid for the...
