"1st Room floor was wet, as if from a leak. 2nd room they assigned, the bed seemed like a oversized cot and the linen had the smell of urine. I stayed the night and the next morning found out that the shower didn't work. These rooms were on the 1st floor, I have problems navigating stairs and they had no elevator. They offered to put me in another room but I declined, even though I won't be refunded any remaining monies! Advertising for this establishment was overrated!"

"I will relay feedback from my UDel student who stayed for 2 weeks. They found the room comfortable and clean. Amenities convenient. Parking easy and convenient. Very accessible to university.

"If you want a decent bed and clean room for cheap, this is the place. Our room must have been newly refurbished. The shower basin, plumbing, and tile were brand new. The vanity counter still had the guide markings for cutting the hole for the sink. The tub and tv still had the stickers. The smell was strong when we opened the door but it was the smell of adhesive or some other new construction. We always travel with air freshner anyways. The bed was great. Negatives were the cigarette butts...

"Location was good. Rooms new updated and new bed mattresses should be a top priority. The air units are noisy and should allow for changing the flow of the output of air. Days Inn have a tradition of higher expectations from their patrons. This hotel has potential, just needs some upgrades and cleaning.👍"
