Honestly she went way above and beyond and deserves a spot bonus and/or raise, as she is one of the main reasons we'll probably return. Ebony in guest service did a great job as well! The hotel is in a pretty good location, convenient to AU and not too far from better shopping. The downtown Augusta area has many vacant storefronts, which is not ideal, but that's not the hotel's fault. "
