"This hotel had everything we needed. The location is excellent, literally 2 minutes walk to the square. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful with excellent English. I cannot recommend this highly enough. There are inexpensive bars and restaurants located just outside on the same street that we frequented. The staff organised our transportation to and from the airport. "Room was clean, enough of hot water and pressure from shower. Well heated in the room during Winter. Keetle and tea available in your room. Common fridge available. Quiet and peaceful room during night time. Close from everything. Staff was nice and welcoming. The only thing is that there is soap but is the same soap for your hands-hair-body. So bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you don’t want to use the 3 in 1 soap. "

"The check in process was so impossible. I had messaged this property both through email and Expedia a week in advance and they never replied. To check in you have to call an AI that kept hanging up on me and calling me “sir madam”. It took hours to try to get check in figured out. The ways they wanted me to pay also felt suspicious and I had to check with Expedia customer support to make sure I wasn’t getting scammed. Room itself was great so it’s a bummer that check in was such a big headache...
