"We were in town for a quick getaway last week. Location was perfect - right in the Historic District and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was lovely and accommodating. They stored my bag prior to check-in time, and after check-out time. due to our flight arrival/departure times.
Room was clean and AC worked - no complaints. Would stay again!"

"The hotel is in a great location, however, my impression of this hotel is the overall service is mediocre and there is no bar. Some of the staff were not the friendliest or helpful. Perhaps it was just an off week, but I expected better service for the amount we paid for the hotel room for a 3 night stay.
Specifically, the hotel has signs posted promoting The Spot, a corner of the lobby where happy hour beverages start at 430 pm daily, but the staff never opened The Spot for service, even after...

"I had such an amazing stay!! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. We enjoyed the room, the bathroom was small however the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bar in the hotel lobby was beautiful and loved the vibes with the live DJ Saturday night. The gym was by far the best hotel gym I have ever been to! We took full advantage of the gym and cold plunge. The restaraunt on site was great however, they would not seat us at a table due to the...

"Breakfast was disappointing. There was a lot of people in line for food. They were out of plates, items had not been replenished. Things like the bread for making toast, bagels and English muffins. The juice kept running out, as did the sides like sausage and potatoes. But as stated, people were everywhere. Took 15 minutes to get my eggs.
My daughter had to wait for yogurt. Food was good once we got it but the number of people seemed to be overwhelming for the number of staff working."

"Really enjoyed my stay at the East Bay Inn. Nice large room king sized bed. Clean with high ceilings and exposed brick. Staff was very helpful. Some parking onsite but they validate your ticket for a very close parking garage. Can walk to wherever you need to be from the Inn too. Overall my wife and I loved it. Definitely will be back."
