"The apartment is in a fantastic location next to the City Market, right next to tons of restaurants and cafes. The only downside of the location is that it is very loud at night, so you might want to bring ear plugs. The apartment is clean and well equipped with a small kitchenette that is good for making coffee and having a breakfast cereal or warming up a dish, not for any real cooking - which you shouldn't do anyway giving the amazing choice of restaurants in its vicinity. "My mom and I enjoyed the Hyatt so much. We were able to keep her vehicle in Valet Parking during our stay ($50 a night), they had a huge lobby (plenty of lounging space, bar/restaurant, and drinks/snacks), an amazing fitness center and indoor pool, as well as a sundeck. She and I actually tanned on the rooftop on one of the days we were there. It was so nice! I definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt!"

"The room had a mildew smell, made her allergies go crazy to tie the entire time we were there. Valet was very uninterested in their jobs. Given their keys. Keys are just sit there on the counter for a long time after your car sitting for a long time. Period of time sitting there unlocked for the man of the cast of the room, the room should be clean and smell nice not smell like mildew every time the AC kicked on we started having sneezing fit."

"The hotel definitely has a lot of charm and character, and the property itself is very cute and unique. However, the soundproofing was a major issue — I could clearly hear conversations and even someone talking on the phone in another room. The amenities also felt worn out, with cheap towels and areas that could really use upgrades and refreshing. "The non smoking room was a non smoking room which was very nice. The room is very functional and everything ya need at hand.
There are some tired edges maintenance wise. But all worked but one Ice machine.
