"Breakfast too expensive "

"From outside it looks amazing, inside looks old furniture old carpet, long waiting for check in, very expensive parking which is almost full hard to find empty places, no security for your vehicle have to park at your own risk, in this condition why they charge huge amount, "

"Had a very relaxing stay at the Sheraton Fallsview! It’s very close to the falls & right within the fun area in Niagara Falls. I also enjoyed my Spa days there. I’d definitely come back again in the future!"

"First time at this hotel …. Our experience was great! Room was perfect! Managers and workers all super accommodating! Pool and hot tub was relaxing! We booked for 4 nights and had the breakfast vouchers … only downfall was about the vouchers …it seemed inconsistent with what we were able to get and not get each day when the buffet wasn’t running ( even though the vouchers said on them what was included) overall very satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel in the future :) "

" This hotel was good for my 2 nights. My check in was fast and easy. Very great customer service. The room was clean and spacious. Awesome view of the falls. Bed was firm. AC works well. Very hot water and good water pressure. Clean towels. Heads up there is no microwave and you have to pay big time for parking "

"the rooms are uncomfortably warm and incapable of cooling; same for lobby and i was forced to make alternative plans. they did not provide house car as promised. bell desk (San, Miles, Bobby) were marvelous though and they had suggestions about sightseeing and local transportation options and went out of their way to meet my needs. "
