"Great place and is a great location (if not looking for the crazy part of Key West). Would give this place 5 stars if they kept up with it. Year over year we have stayed here and they are letting some maintenance go. One of the elevators not working was a drag. Lots of bird and iguana poo around the pool. Poolside bathrooms are a little rough.
Was surprised in 4 days no was power washing. Still a great place and will probably stay here again!
Staff is great and housekeeping was fantastic!"

"The property is very quaint and clean. The pool was much smaller than expected but clean. Breakfast provided was cooked to order and very tasty. My only reason for not having 5 stars is there was food left in our mini fridge from previous guests and I wished there were bicycles available to guests. Also was hoping that there would be fresh fruit available such as bananas, mango or apples. Would we stay here again? Yes we would"

"The property is gorgeous, with plenty of peaceful places to sit and enjoy the gardens. The pool is warm but refreshing. Each room has a private patio, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are kept immaculately clean. Great location close to Duval street, walking distance to Hemingway House and Butterfly Gardens. Will surely return."

"We highly recommend the Duval House!!!! Room was perfect!! Breakfast was excellent!! Staff bent over backwards to assure our visit was wonderful!! We were married in Key West 10 years ago and this trip was to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The Duval House was the perfect place to stay while we celebrated. We will stay there again!!"

"The property is in a lovely neighborhood, quiet, full of trees and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, bars, live music and sunset. The room was big and very comfortable. The parking was on the property and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and had nice pastries, yogurt, coffee, and tea. Coffee and tea were available in the hotel living room 24/7. We will stay there again."
