"The hotel was in amazing shape, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. The concierge knew all of the good attractions to visit and had the ability to issue tickets while you spoke with her. The pool was very comfortable and the bartenders were super friendly and always walking around the deck to ensure your drinks were full!!!"

"I reserved a “Luxury Queen” … our room was anything but luxury, barely any space to move, and absolutely nowhere to place clothing except an awkward closet. The room was about 10x14. "The tag line of the hotel is "Come Hide" which was appropriate as it is hidden from plain view of the hustle and bustle of Duval St. The entrance is mysterious as it is set back and the pathway leading to the reception office is filled with green ferns/palms. Loved it! The center of the property is highlighted the bar and the permanent stage for the daily entertainment. Great place to stay and close to everything!"

"We had never visited the area prior to this visit. Really didn't know what to expect. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! Arrived way too early to check in.
