"I was in a handicapped tub room and the shower chair was too wide for the tub. Honestly the tub was too narrow for the handicap shower chair. Someone didn't put in the right type of tub. They just assumed. I got it in the tub but since the tubs are acrylic it wouldn't take very many time for the tub to crack due to the weight of the person on the chair. The legs rest on the curve where the bottom meets the side.
Other than that it was perfect"

"The room was never cleaned and we stayed 3 nights. After the first night we asked and were promised it would be done the 2nd night, but it never happened. As well, no fresh towels or coffee replaced. The ice machine wouldn’t work and the worker said we had to kick it. We were on the 5th floor and the room would not cool off. The bathroom is so small that you have to scoot behind the door to close it, and the TP holder was hardly able to be reached. Very sad."
