"I’ve had a pleasant experience with the staff that I came in contact with. They were friendly and very helpful with anything I needed. I also would like to especially thank 2 of the front desk employees: ISAIAH; He got me all checked in, & I appreciated that he made sure I was happy with my room beforehand. All my questions were answered, even when I had a few questions that haven’t been asked before, I appreciated him for making sure I had answers. He is a phenomenal employee all around. SHAWANA: She helped me with my keys when they weren’t working & saw me coming in and I needed an extra hand she was quick to lend her hand to help me. I appreciated that. OVERALL the staff is amazing and I appreciate how helpful and nice they were. My only complaint would be is.. I called 3 times to see if I could check in earlier and every time I was told “@ 3.. @ 3pm.” & when I arrived it is offered to CHECK IN Early.. it’s just an extra fee.. but I was not informed of that and it was very disappointing that I wasn’t able to check in earlier & it is offered. "
