Cottages in Archuleta County

"Husband and wife own the property and live there. They are very interested in making guests comfortable. This type of hotel (small independent, older building) is not on the same level as Marriott of even Holiday Inn --- and I did not rate it in comparison to those. I rated it relative other lower price hotels.I want a clean room, no bugs. This one met that ... and had decent towels. It even had a multi-plug for electronics. The lack of that is a real limitation in other hotels. I would defiently stay here again."

"My favorite place in Colorado. Sparkling clean, thoughtful amenities, mountain meadow-like setting, super staff, on site cafe and tavern with live music most evenings, indoor and al fresco seating.NO TV because there's too much to do in Pagosa. As their slogan says, have fun!"

"No frills hotel/motel but very well located and friendly service. The owner has made smart choices in updating this hotel. Elevated furnishings, clean and safe. This hotel also offers free breakfast and a hot springs/hot tub area but I did not partake. They are located on the riverwalk and have a lovely covered sitting area near the park/pond. I walked into town and it was an easy and cute stroll to all the restaurants, etc in town. "
