Staff of hotel is very accommodating and food from their restaurant is priced very reasonably low. And taste of their in-house food is good too. This would be my all time favourite hotel stay whenever I am in Amritsar. "

"Not clean. Dirty sheets, towels, dark rooms. Windows don’t close. Not kept clean to a standard you’d expect at this type price point and rating, similar to others at this price point. "

"Breakfast was a boring selection of the same items repeated daily. Towels do not look fresh and clean. No floor mat/towel in the toilet and therefore had to improvise with one of the towels. Laundry service was ineffective and hotel staff could not offer any alternatives. Staff could not speak or understand English well except for the manager. "
