The summer residence of the first romanian royal couple. The first castle which was electrified in Europe. It is worth planning a visit if in the are.
Many legends are connected to this place - a dragon is said to catch all those bathing in the lake and drown them, so, even in summer, swimming is not really an option (because of the low temperature of the water).
