객실에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다 새벽에 화장실이용하려고 조명 켜다 발견한거라 본인이 잡고 아침일찍 직원에 말했습니다 직원2명에게 말했으나 어떠한 대응도 조치도 해주지 않았습니다 호텔 응대 매뉴얼도 없는 건지 너무 실망 스러웠습니다 호텔에서는 방역업체 불렀고 오는데 한참 걸리는데 방역은 본인들 일이 아니니 어쩌라고 하는 식 응대였습니다 최소 불편하지 않게 임시 자체 점검및 소독이나 잠시 방을 옮겨 준디던지 방역을 하기전까지 호텔에서의 대응이 최악이었습니다 피해를 고객이 받는데도 그건 방역사항이고 외부 업체 불러서 호텔은 본인일 아니라고 바퀴벌레 나온 객실 그대로 사용하게 하는건 어처구니가 없었습니다 당사자는 새벽 시간이라 힘들까봐 억지로 참고 아침에 이야기한건데 배려라고는 전혀 없었습니다 다시는 찾지 않을꺼 같고, 다른 분들도 객실에 바퀴벌레 없는지 꼭 획인하시길 바랍니다 디럭스룸 욕실 미닫이 문 틈에 숨어 있었습니다 홈페이지에 불만 접수 하려고 했으나 홈페이지는 되지도 않고 엉망인 호텔입니다

駅から２分では到着しませんが、とても近くて便利です。 部屋も広く、浴室も広く清潔で、2泊しましたが、本当に良かったです。 大邱を訪れることがあれば、また行きたい。 朝食も美味しかったです。 もちろん、東大邱の駅のコーヒーショップも早朝から開店しているので、食べるものには困りません。
