"This is an older property. Checked in, only one key worked. Went downstairs and clerk seemed annoyed. Hey we didn’t make the keys. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Security door was left open with a rock. No gift upon arrival even though I am a Hilton Honors member. Breakfast was not great. Scones ..."
