the room was clean, location was good . the staff service was below par. no phone in the room had to go down to request for additional towels. they said they will send it never happened , so i had to go down again then they said they can give it to me now. supply was just beside them. The room was really small and very hot with no AC. But everything was clean and cozy. We ended up reaching a décent tempature in the room with the fan in front of the small window opening.

VK - Zürich Airport - Luxury - Homestay
Rooms were clean, the area around the hotel was nice & seemed safe both at day and night times. Only downside was the fact that we shared a bathroom, so it can be a but inconvenient. Overall, great experience!
