The hotel shows some signs of age, and I did experience an issue with one of the doors—it flew open during my stay due to a broken lock and strong winds. Despite this, the staff was outstanding. Everyone, from the front desk team to housekeeping and security, was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit.

This hotel was great for the price. The only question is that the lift goes to the 16th floor, but the pool is on the 18th floor with wooden steps to get up there very very slippery and from our room we heard at least 4 people fall on the steps. Apart from that the staff were great and the rooms were good

Nice stay

Short rest from airport, but staff was very helpful and accommodating. They helped me with all my luggages. The location is within walking distance to a beautiful temple. Seafood restaurants in the area are very high priced but many more stalls for great prices and food are available within walking distance.
