"Three things-- 1.) The front desk staff consistently greeted and acknowledged me, unlike the two other properties I stayed at this trip. Greeting and acknowledging guests is basic hospitality 101 and, as a former front desk person myself, was glad to see it practiced here. 2.) Readily available luggage carts, again unlike the aforementioned properties. 3.) Found a hair on the toilet set, BUT that is foregiveable given that I discovered a mound of hair and a bug on the shower drain at another...

"We were just traveling through and stayed one night. And it was just fine for that. Clean, nice staff, easy check in and out. The breakfast was just ok. Can’t really say anything about any other amenities. But overall it was a fine hotel. And when traveling through again would stay here again. "

"My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream.
