"I really like this hotel. Everyone is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The rooms have everything you can look for or want from a nice hotel. There are two general buildings- the old one where Mozart stayed in suite 213 (from 1700s, which has no elevator) and the newer one (with an elevator and I think 4 floors) perhaps with the past 200 years. I stayed in the loft of the old one, and even when I was offered to move to the newer building, I thought my room was simply too charming to give up (albeit smaller and only side and top windows). Breakfast was also reasonably good. I would stay there again. The location is premium!"

"Lovely hotel. Includes breakfast but not much to temp American taste. Great location. Walk to clock and castle. Many nice restaurants close. It really is a palace. Be sure to ask if your room has stairs to a loft bedroom. That could present a problem for older folks. We would stay here again. Just no stairs this time."

"I enjoyed my time here, and the service was generally quite good. Two things I'd mention that might help future travelers. The first, and most major, is that the rooms do not have individual AC controls. The building has a cap, and will not go lower than 23 degrees Celsius (73 Fahrenheit). If you need it be colder than that for a comfortable sleep, you will simply not get that in the room. The second, the internet speed is very slow for WiFi. Each device can pull about 8Mbps when on the WiFi. I would probably return, but those two issues were a bit frustrating to deal with."

"The hotel was in the perfect location, easy to walk to numerous squares, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It was one block away from the tram which took you across town and could transfer to the metro or the bus.The breakfast was outstanding- the best variety we've had in any hotel and always fresh and well stocked. The room was a little small but comfotable and the bathroom very large. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions of places to visit. The lounge was open till midnight where we had lattes and coffee each evening. Great place to stay when in Prague."
